People who live in the area where the new high- voltage power lines are considered living with a life sentence, as written by Suzanne Pender, in an article on The Nationalist.
The proposed project will transmit power from wind farms in Cork and Kerry to Leinster with a budget of €500m.
Cllr Arthur McDonald considered this as life sentence to those who live near the overhead power lines. Cllr McDonald doesn’t welcome and support this project.
