The proposal to build a 345-kv electric transmission line has created a spark with the affected people in the area of Sherburn.
This proposal will put homes, businesses, church and school within the range of magnetic field. Residents are also concerned about health issues that it may affect aside from the fact that this may cause the value of their property to go down.

A public hearing will be held and public comments can be submitted to the state until January 31.
